Restorative Retreat
$149.00

Join us for an evening designed to support connection and healing through intentional movement, sound, energy work and more.

As we move into the deeper energy of Autumn, October invites us to slow down, reflect, and release what no longer serves us. The Restorative Retreat is a space to reconnect with yourself and intentionally make room for what comes next.

Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll have opportunities to engage in deep self-reflection while sharing space with a supportive community.

Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced guides who share a primary purpose of supporting you on your journey.

A Supportive Space

Our events prioritize comfort, safety, and respect so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process. No prior yoga experience necessary.

She believes each person holds an innate capacity for healing and creates a supportive space for clients to reconnect with that capacity,

Cristina Frank is a somatic coach, healer, and trauma-informed yoga teacher who guides people back into relationship with their bodies, their nervous systems, and their inner wisdom. Through her practice, she blends yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and Reiki with subconscious reprogramming tools - NLP, clinical hypnosis, and EFT - to help clients move beyond simply understanding their patterns to actually shifting them at the root.

Cristina holds certifications as a Master Practitioner of NLP, in Clinical Hypnosis, EFT, TIME Techniques, Group Coaching Facilitation, Multi-style Yoga and Reiki Level II. Her work is grounded in nervous system regulation and often incorporates inner child and inner teen work, helping clients reconnect with parts of themselves that got left behind. She works especially with women and mothers navigating the deep transformation of motherhood, supporting them in regulating their nervous systems, reclaiming their sense of self, and moving through life’s transitions with more ease and embodiment. Whether in 1:1 coaching, group containers, or workshops like this one, Cristina creates space that is both grounded and expansive, rooted in the body.
